Parses a time string against a strftime format. Deprecated since PHP 8.1.

Parameters:

  • $timestamp (string)
  • $format (string)

Returns: mixed

Availability

  • Compiled (AOT): supported through the Elephc compiler.
  • eval() (magician interpreter): supported through the procedural date/time alias dispatcher.
