Returns the current time as an array of parts, or as a float.

Parameters:

• $as_float (bool), default false, optional

Returns: mixed

Availability

• Compiled (AOT): supported through the Elephc compiler.
• eval() (magician interpreter): supported through the procedural date/time alias dispatcher.
