Parses a date/time string into its components, warnings, and errors.

Parameters:

• $datetime (string)

Returns: array

Availability

• Compiled (AOT): supported through the Elephc compiler.
• eval() (magician interpreter): supported through the procedural date/time alias dispatcher.
