Returns the month name for a Julian Day count in the requested calendar.

Parameters:

• $julian_day (int)
• $mode (int)

Returns: string

Availability

• Compiled (AOT): supported through the Elephc compiler.
• eval() (magician interpreter): supported through the procedural date/time alias dispatcher.
