Converts a Julian calendar date into a Julian Day count.

Parameters:

• $month (int)
• $day (int)
• $year (int)

Returns: int

Availability

• Compiled (AOT): supported through the Elephc compiler.
• eval() (magician interpreter): supported through the procedural date/time alias dispatcher.
