Parameters:

• $image (mixed)
• $file (?string), default null, optional
• $quality (int), default -1, optional
• $filters (int), default -1, optional

Returns: bool

Availability

• Compiled (AOT): supported through the compiler-injected image prelude.
• eval() (magician interpreter): not available inside eval’d code.
