Turns alpha blending on or off for subsequent drawing.

Parameters:

• $image (mixed)
• $enable (bool)

Returns: bool

Availability

• Compiled (AOT): supported through the compiler-injected image prelude.
• eval() (magician interpreter): not available inside eval’d code.
