Reads or sets an image’s transparent color index.

Parameters:

• $image (mixed)
• $color (?int), default null, optional

Returns: int

Availability

• Compiled (AOT): supported through the compiler-injected image prelude.
• eval() (magician interpreter): not available inside eval’d code.
