Disables automatic collection of circular references.

Parameters: none.

Returns: void

Availability

• Compiled (AOT): supported by the Elephc code generator.
• eval() (magician interpreter): supported through a declarative interpreter builtin (crates/elephc-magician/src/interpreter/builtins/core/gc_disable.rs).
