mysqli_ping()

function mysqli_ping(mixed $mysql): bool

Checks the connection and reconnects when that is enabled.

Parameters:

• $mysql (mixed)

Returns: bool

Availability

• Compiled (AOT): supported through an injected elephc-PHP prelude.
• eval() (magician interpreter): not available inside eval’d code.
