Parameters:

Returns: string

Availability

• Compiled (AOT): supported by the Elephc code generator.
• eval() (magician interpreter): supported — declarative interpreter builtin (crates/elephc-magician/src/interpreter/builtins/string/quoted_printable_encode.rs).
