Parameters:

• $stream (resource)
• $format (string)
• $values (array)

Returns: int

Availability

• Compiled (AOT): supported by the Elephc code generator.
• eval() (magician interpreter): supported — declarative interpreter builtin (crates/elephc-magician/src/interpreter/builtins/filesystem/vfprintf.rs).
