Changes the current umask.

Parameters:

• $mask (?int), default null, optional

Returns: int

Availability

• Compiled (AOT): supported by the Elephc code generator.
• eval() (magician interpreter): supported — declarative interpreter builtin (crates/elephc-magician/src/interpreter/builtins/filesystem/umask.rs).
