Alias of count().

Parameters:

• $value (mixed)
• $mode (int), default 0, optional

Returns: int

Availability

• Compiled (AOT): supported by the Elephc code generator.
• eval() (magician interpreter): supported through a declarative interpreter builtin (crates/elephc-magician/src/interpreter/builtins/array/sizeof.rs).
